Clean and crisp. A Refreshing helles with IREKS pilsner malt. A thirst quencher with a subtle bitterness.

Copenhagen 31/1 2026. 44 cl can from Mad & Vin, Magasin, Kbh. K. Can in Stepping Stone's usual design eolith a dark landscape and shining white rider.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and malty odor mingling with grainy sour notes and a stuffy scent. Sweet pale malts, bread and a whiff of musty gym bag. Sour grains.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily soft, a little bit viscous, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is sweetish and malty.
Sweetish and malty take on a Helles.
