Copenhagen 10/5 2026. 44 cl can from Føtex, mimersgade, Kbh. NV. A crowd with very red hands carrying a giant hop flower on the can.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of stone fruits soon over powered by a strong citrus scent. Sweet peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is biter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Sweetish but not without a bitter bite.
