From their website: 'Midnight Moon; Arts Beer in Collaboration with White Heat.
Brewed in collaboration with Huntingdon band White Heat, Midnight Moon is named after one of their songs and is a citrusy, refreshing golden ale featuring Mosaic, Target and Admiral hops.
A light, easy drinking beer, perfect for chilling out to some good tunes and goes particularly well with spicy dishes! This beer is exclusively available as a 6-pack and doesn't feature in our mixed packs.
A proportion of the profits from every 6-pack sold are going to Radio Caroline to raise money for the upkeep and repair of the Ross Revenge; the boat from which this world famous independent radio station has been broadcasting since 20th August 1983.'

Somewhat blind tasted, only name + ABV% are known by me at this point.
L- Quite deep gold, pours with very minor haze and a 15mm dense foamy white head, good ongoing rising CO2 too. Ps after +10mins, head holds very well.
S- Smells quite bright (hops). Can't yet tell if in a trad of contemporary was (my nose!).
T- Ooh, hoppy-dry.... notably so... first sip of beer today... those dry hops linger! But they are definitely trad, there are no bonkers modern fruity hops spoiling things.
F- Dry, punchily so. Would be a serious refresher on a hot day. A step more hoppy/bright than I would usually choose.
O- Is it a very dry trad IPA, though they would usually pack a bit more body/ABV%... Hmm, well ideal for a hot summer day. Importantly though it is a notably dry lighter feeling trad beer.
Considering the brewery only opened in 2022, this very accomplished brew is well executed.
Rating/review done, now checking lable: = Bottled 19/7/24 Batch: Moon-001. 500ml bottle. They say they are a micro-brewery. Ingreds include: Malted Barley and wheat, sugar (it is bottle conditioned)
Brewed to help fund musicians/artists and the restoration of the M/V Ross Revenge (home of the legenday pirate radio station Radio Caroline c1970s?) Unfiltered, all natural. Contains barley and wheat malts. Bought from the Food+Craft fair at Hauxton Village Hall (Cambs).
