Another of the Wolf's Royal Air Force Battle of Britain collection, a brown 500ml bottle with a long life.
Poured into an Abbot Ale glass tankard, no sediment left the bottle, even though it is a bottle conditioned brew.
Lovely deep chestnut brown body, clear and clean, on top an off-white head.
Smells of malty molasses with hidden sweetness.
The taste is all malts, with that malty molasses sweetness from the aroma taking centre stage and frankly starring. This is a lovely brew, what a pity it was a one off.
Rich and tasty, I like it.
