Despite brewery and history of brewer, location came across more as restaurant with full bar. Beer promotion ie multiple taps; diversity of styles was evident. But little to suggest staff highly familiar with craft beer. Decent large menu/selection of foods. Seemed beer was only one reason to stop by.
Beers were good. Nothing wrong/ nothing outstanding. Our choices of food were mixed on satisfaction. Wife enjoyed pulled pork with slaw, side sauce and fries. I found the pork dry, and the fries overly salty. Wife said pork with slaw worked well in sandwich; not dry. So some may enjoy it like she did. I ordered Blackened Tuna tacos. Have no idea if tuna blackened as both tacos were buried in a large mound of white shredded iceberg lettuce and hard pink tomato chunks. These and some kind of mayonnaise/1000 island like dressing. Good news is amount of tuna was satisfactory; bad news is you couldn’t taste it for all the mess on top.
Prices for food and beer were average and not concerning. Service was friendly and attentive.
Nothing wrong with beer. Enjoyed each I tried. But with plenty of options for beer and food in our area; no outstanding reason to drive hour and half roundtrip. Perhaps if back in area for other reasons.

Visited on a Friday afternoon:
Parking in front was filled, but they have overflow in back. Inside, it appears there is more overall seating than parking. Nice sized bar for two dozen-plus and table seating throughout two rooms. There is a small patio and an area beyond that for cornhole.

The two beers of their own they have on tap were both solid, though one was of a not-too-popular style. They are still in startup stage, I guess, but lack of their own beers is a retraction, for sure. The selections they had on from another brewery did offer different style options, so a little credit there, but hopefully their production can start to match the taps they have open.

Service was very good, though we had the benefit of a not too busy time there. It was also very friendly and helpful, which is where the rating gets bumped up.

I’m really curious how production will go with this place, though I will have to seek out the info on the internet. What little I was able to judge had potential.

Opened in September 2024. Very nice place. Rectangular bar with plenty of seating. Spacious dining area as well as a front porch with rocking chairs and an outdoor patio. Service was good, the female bartender was much friendlier than the male. Have 10 beers on tap but only 3 were from this brewery, the rest were guests. Had an appetizer that was very good. I hope they add a few more of their own beers soon.
