Collaboration brewed with ISM at Evolve Brewing.
West Coast IPA loaded with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Columbus & Galaxy hops.
Crisp, piney, and packed with attitude. No haze, no drama — just clean, bold bitterness for the real ones.

7/1/25 - (Draft - Evolve Brewing) (Las Vegas, Nevada) Brewery Notes: $9.75 16 oz draft pour, 6.8% ABV. Collaboration with ISM Brewing (Long Beach, California). American IPA, 65 IBU.
Appearance: Clear golden yellow base, slow motion faint carbonation, brief egg white head poured dissipates quickly, leaving razor thin lacing and a thin cover over most of the base. 3.75
Aroma: Pine, dank, citrus. Light strength, enjoying what I can gather. 3.5
Taste: Consistent with aroma, though stronger and more intense. Plus dank, pine, citrus, all blend well. Digging. 4.0
Mouthfeel: Slightly fizzy carbonation, drinks a bit above the 6,8%. Lightly dry, dank, sweet with enough bitterness to keep things pretty balanced. Pine citrus finish. 4.0
Overall: This is a solid pour, my first try at both Evolve and ISM. Recommend this one, will try others as opportunities arise. 4.0
