Scottish ale listed with an OG of 1.060 and IBU of 20.
The scottish is brown amber with a slight head which falls quickly, but does leave belgian lacing on the glass. The aroma is sweet caramel malts. The flavor is sweet caramel and roasted with biscuit. The finish is slightly sweet and lasting with the biscuit flavor.
