X Series: BAOS / White, Black, Filter

It was an honour to be asked to brew a collab beer for the BAOS Podcast 10th Anniversary Fest. When we were told they were doing a coffee collab with Found Coffee, we knew we had to get that coffee into an Oatmeal Stout. Introducing “White, Black, Filter”, an Oatmeal Stout with Found x BAOS Coffee added in two ways. Whole beans and cold brew were both added to this Oatmeal Stout base. The name comes from the menu of Melbourne cafe Patricia, which Cee refers to as the greatest cafe on the planet.
