Solorio Brewing Co.

I visited Solorio while visiting the Inland Empire a few weeks back. They've got a nice little taproom with an industrial vibe due to sharing space with the brewhouse, and they've got a 4-5 table beer garden set up out in the parking lot. I had a good chat with one of the owners, and service was certainly friendly and knowledgeable.

They had fifteen beers on tap, plus a couple hard seltzers, and can also make you a michelada with their Mexican lager. The styles they had included two Mexican lagers (light and amber), a coffee lager, festbier, German Pilsner, blonde ale, blonde ale with blueberries, a peach kettle sour, hazy IPA, guava IPA, coconut English porter, a French toast stout, oatmeal stout, Irish read, and English brown ale. So, a darn good mix and breadth of styles! The beers I had weren't perfect, but were pretty good, and I think overall they do a pretty good job at Solorio.
