A right of passage, a familiar thread of cultural significance. Not totally new, but new to you. A first drop into the bright citrus and pine realm of traditional West Coast style, anchored by lingering dryness and the right sort of bite.

I got a tall boy can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured a slightly hazy orangish with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had tropical fruit peel notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright semi sweet malt base with slightly tart bitter tropical fruit presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.
