Another fine bew from EBC they say its a stean style beer but it more of a soft malt amber in my mind,pours a medium amber color with a light but somewhat sticky head,aroma is of roasted malt and of oven roaste nuts,very appetizing.Flavor was very soft and subtle but not overly subtle nice roasted malt flavors but not sweet with some underlying nut flavors,almost to easy to drink for 5.3% alc.Great job on this beer.
