This pours a lightly hazy straw with not as much head as I would like,aroma was nice and clovey with amalted wheat-like smell.Taste was complex and phenominal starting out with a bubble gum flavor that went right into a banana liquore flavor then finishing nice and clovey,a three pronged attack on the taste buds.A weizen full of flavor but light and easy to drink,I really am impressed with EBC.
