A lager, not anything I would call a dunkel. Yellow with a bit of amber. Sweet malty,caramel with Munich malts. The faintest amount of toastiness.Minimum hop, I am told they vary the hop per batch- I guess they are finding their way but more hop please. Rather thin and not very good and not a great introduction to this brewery.
