Pours a cloudy amber. Thin foam. Sweet malt body. Caramel sweet finish. Well balanced. Smooth and full bodied. Not bad.

Poured into a narrow pint glass: color is gold, head is very light white and presents one finger thick, head lingers with solid top and light lacing.
Smell is light toast, hint of caramel, crisp hops with grass and herbal notes.
Taste is similar with very pleasant malt forward notes of toast, caramel, bread, toffee, hops are light and herbal with some grass.
Mouthfeel is low/moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness.
Overall a very good bock with malt forward flavor, crisp hopping and a crisp finish.

Taster at EBC. Clear, dark golden pour, off-white head fades. Malty aroma, caramel, brown bread. Taste is malty, bready, light sweetness. Pretty standard fare.

The feel on this one is definitely the best part. It's absolutely smooth and full bodied but it just doesn't have the same flavor intensity as other bocks out there. Not bad though just think there a much better for the style

Deep amber body color; dense carbonation; thick, frothy and creamy head. Pleasant yet mild aroma; sweet with a touch of graininess. Solid taste; lightly sweet with a bit of caramel; mild bitterness. Medium body; lager smooth and spongy; a hint of warmth and dryness.
In many ways, this is a simple yet pleasant and satisfying bock. It brings a nice, rounded maltiness to the palate with a fine dollop of hop bitterness. Balanced and decently complex for the style.

12oz bottle poured into a tulip.
Pours a burnt golden with solid clarity; white head that fades leaving nice retention and decent lacing. Nice color.
The aromas are malt forward. Lots of caramel along with some hints of toffee. Some toast.
The flavors follow the nose perfectly. More caramel leading the way. More toffee. Some dark fruits in the mix. More toast. Subtle sweetness. Low to no bitterness. Solid malt backbone. Alcohol goes unnoticed.
Mouthfeel is medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's fluffy, slick, smooth and slightly sharp.
This is a nice bock. It's not flashy, but it's not supposed to be. I'm really digging the caramel notes. There's something about this one that I really like. Well done.
