Inspired by the traditional Mexican beverage Horchata, this ale delivers sweet, smooth flavors of blended cinnamon and vanilla. Light in color & body, Horchata con Fleis finishes with a toasted cereal essence. Brewed with *real* corn flakes, lactose, and specialty flavors. This recipe was created with our friends & transnational collaborators, Falling Piano Brewing @fallingpianobrewing out of Mexico City, for the second release in a continued series.

Good stuff with all the fascinations of lagers recently they should be rated higher. Good vanilla sweetness has some nice cinnamon tones easy to finish. Well done guys!

I really enjoyed this. A light feeling beer with plenty of taste. Not too malty, but enough flavor to make you think you're drinking a much darker beer.

Cloudy golden color, hardly any distinct smell, light rice smell. Carbonated and creamy mouth. Horchata on the back of the tongue, cinnamon aftertaste reminiscent of the classic Mexican beverage.
