A göse sour ale brewed with a rich combination of dark fruit including black currant & raspberry, and infused with black volcanic sea salt. It pours a beautiful deep, dark purple with a light pink head. Designed to be both exceptionally drinkable and full of flavor, she starts with heavy fruity earthiness, while remaining fairly light bodied, and finishes with a soft briney tartness that clears the palate for your next sip.

16 oz can split with my brother-in-law. Pours a disappointingly light pink color - if the can says "DARK fruit" (emphasis mine) then I want it to look at least a little bit dark. Oh well. Aroma and flavor feature sweet fruit with light tartness. Some wheat. Not very complex and too sweet overall. Meh.

A: The beer is a hazy rosé in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly died down, leaving a thin collar around the edge and a small, thin patch of bubbles on the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of berries are present in the nose - blueberries stand out in particular along with hints of boysenberries.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of blueberries and boysenberries along with a slight amount of sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer reminds me a lot like berry yogurt as taste is like the berry mixture you get with the fruit on the bottom and the mouthfeel has a creamy, yogurt-like sensation.
