Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance - the brew is served a deep golden color with a small white head. The head fades fast leaving a good sum of foamy lace on the glass
Smell - The aroma is light, with some grain, toast, and caramel. There is also a bit of must and hay.
Taste - The taste begins with a grainy and cereal malt with a good caramel backbone. There is a bit of a showing of earth and a touch of hay. As the taste advances, there is a bit more sweetness and grain, leaving one with an easy natured taste on the tongue
Mouthfeel - The body of the brew is light with a moderate carbonation. Overall the feel is good.
Overall - A nice easy drinker overall. Good with wings.

On tap Bar Bill North in Clarence, NY.

This one pours a light amber/dark-ish orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like lightly toasted malt and maybe a bit of grassy hops.

Honestly, any beer is going to taste pretty alongside Bar Bill wings. This is thirst-quenching enough to work alongside the heat of the wings, with a touch of citrusy and grassy bitterness - just enough. There's a mild malt sweetness.

This is light bodied, crisp, and pretty clean, with a pretty solid drinkability.

This did a pretty decent job of cutting through the heat of the excellent wings at Bar Bill.
