Served on tap in a weizen glass
Appearance –Poured a very hazy orange-yellow color with a billowing white head. The head faded rapidly to leave a very light amount of lacing.
Smell – The aroma was heaviest of wheat and some citrus. Mixed with these was a lighter yeasty aroma as well as a lighter spicy aroma.
Taste- The taste started out very wheaty with lighter hints of lemon. As it advanced a lighter spicy flavor as well as more citrus and some banana came to the tongue and sweetened it a very light amount. At the end however the citrus faded with a light yeasty and hop flavor coming to the tongue. Overall it was on the crisper side with only a very light amount of sweetness.
Mouthfeel – The mouthfeel was a bit above average with a carbonation level on the average side. The creamier body accentuated the wheat flavors with the slightly higher carbonation makes it a nice more refreshing brew for the summer days.
Overall – Easy drinking and a great summer brew.

Pours a bright yellow organish color that is slightly hazy with a one finger head which gives way to minimal lacing. The aroma is of a wheat backbone with hints of orange and lemon zest. The taste has a nice wheat backbone with a big orange and lemon bite, as well as a sight hop bite at the very end. The mouthfeel is moderately carbonated and a little creamy. The drinkability is very high, very easy drink. A nice blend of flavors.
