From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This decent little session IPA pours a
chill hazed medium orange marmalade color with a nice head of white foam that
settles to a thin ring, thin dusty layer, and sports some very nice lacing. Nose of
nose of grapefruit, mango, pine, and sweet honey malts. Flavors surpass the
nose with caramel sweet with a touch of Belgian like candy sugar note dashed
with grapefruit, orange zest, and mango. Mouth feel is medium, medium light
carbonation, smooth, and finishing with a tropical pine note nicely balanced with
honey sweet malt.
Overall, a solid session brew with great balance!
Cheers

16 ounce can, assuming this is the same brew as the other Ellicottville (insert city/state name) Fan Zone IPA's but since quite a few of the other ones have separate entries I'll do the same for this version. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this one! Served in a Teku glass, the beer pours a somewhat hazy dark gold color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. The brew smells like grapefruit, apricot, pine and some bready malt. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also a bit of citrus peel noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit slick and easy to drink with a good amount of soft carbonation. I thought this was a decent enough brew, worth a try if you come across a can or 2!
