The definition of Irish: Smooth and sexy with a bit of a bite you just love to entertain. This stout has a touch of peat smoke to bring out that whiskey bite and a blend of hops that complement the malt perfectly. And where did we get the name? It's a phonetic pronunciation of a common Irish Gaelic phrase- a bit of a common greeting among the MFS family. Sláinte!

On nitro at MFS. Poured a deep black hue with a large, sudsy tan head of foam. It left sheets of sticky lace. It smelled of roasted malt, chocolate and toffee. Good roasty taste with notes of chocolate, toffee and caramel sweetness.
