Chestnut colour, clear. Ecru-coloured foam, high, built of small bubbles, persistent. It paints nicely on the glass, almost marking every tilt of the glass.
Aroma of roasted malts, earthy, bread-like, pleasantly spicy and slightly caramel. Aroma intensity at a medium level.
Taste moderately dry with bitterness of a spicy character.
Medium saturation. Body medium. Smooth texture. Aftertaste relatively long, dry.
