Appearance: Mani is a light golden-amber beer in hue, clear, with an off-white head.
Smell: Toffee brushed toasted biscuits, a delicate spiciness, and a mixed fruity melange of incorporated esters.
Taste: A taste of toffee with a sweet, spiced fruit niblets, toasted bread, and a lil' backing of grain. Light hop character and bitterness. Dry toffee-flavored maltiness on the finish with a late braking snap of suds.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Not bad!
