Appearance: Pours a clear, lightly hazy, pale copper body with a very thin, white head.
Smell: Clear cut allspice scent before a bit hit of banana and wheat.
Taste: Wheat bread blended with banana extract and a middling sweetness throughout. Big pinch of allspice. A drop of Maggi. Light bitterness. Fruity, spicy finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-low carbonation.
Drinkability: I have been shanghaied aboard a banana boat!
