Appearance: Clear, coppery body with a thin, white head.
Smell: Very faint sweetish hints mingled amongst the washed out toasty nose.
Taste: Lightly sweet, toasty maltiness coming across like twice-cooked bread crusts. Citrusy, earthy hops provide a light bitterness. Steady as she goes until the dry finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-low carbonation.
Drinkability: It's along the same lines as their Temperate Temperance Mild Ale (or TTMA as we say around these parts) in that it's a simple, uncomplicated, easy-drinking beer.
