Appearance: Very dark brown, near black body catching a glint of garnet at the edges if the light's just right. Slight, light beige head.
Smell: Moderately-scented nose, giving the roast, some bittersweet chocolate. A little rum raisin. Very minor vanilla bean. Plenty of cinnamon, though.
Taste: Roasty, chocolaty malts paired with a touch of vanilla. Slight dark fruitiness. Big dose of cinnamon. Slight, tongue-coating creamyish quality throughout. Little drizzle of rum. Smooth, easy-going finish giving final hints of chocolate, cinnamon sticks, and roast.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel.
Overall: I was having kind of a lousy week, but, after downing a pint of Coquito, I am in a good mood. You are bringing joy into people's lives, Ben, but most importantly, you are bringing joy into MY life.

Served on-tap at Twain's, Decatur. Sweet stout with rum soaked vanilla beans and cinnamon.
A - Black, thin tan head.
S - Cinnamon and vanilla, not overpowering. Nice.
T - Same as the nose.
M - Medium to light body. Smooth.
O - Tasty. I normally hate cinnamon in beers but this was restrained. Recommended.
