Served on tap in a pint glass at Kantine Beer Garden.
Look: Dark brown, with a 1” tan head that had good rentention, adequate lacing.
Nose: Milk chocolate, dark roast.
Attack: Follows the nose exactly in reverse.
Finish: Bitterness from the roast to balance.
Mouthfeel: Medium, adequate carbonation.
Overall: A rather mild stout; as suggested by the Kantine server its flavor is perhaps somewhere between a stout and a schwarzbier. Very drinkable.

12 ounce can, canned 09/26/23, thanks to Brutaltruth for this! Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with a couple inch or so tan head after an aggressive pour. Head retention and lacing are both pretty good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate and some earthiness. The taste is pretty much the same as the aroma to me, although I think the roasted malt and dark chocolate flavors stand out to me here. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's smooth, a bit creamy and easy enough to drink. I think it's a good overall Irish style dry stout, would like to try this one again sometime!
