A classic English-style imperial stout aged on cacao nibs. The raw cocoa ingredient gives the beer a rich chocolate flavor with classic English ingredients for a smooth malty balance. Like a hot cocoa…but a cold beer!

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This fantastic brew pours a rich obsidian with a
very nice head of brown foam that settles to a thick ring, thin swirling layer, and sports
some light lacing. Nose of rich cocoa, brulee, deep roasted malts, toffee, subtle
char, caramel, and light coffee. Flavors follow the nose with some exception with
layers of dark semi sweet chocolate layered over deep roasted malts, coffee, moderate
char, brulee, subtle cream, dark fruit nuances of blueberry, dark raisin bread and
toffee. Mouth feel is full, smooth, rich, moderately coating, and finishing
with a near perfect bitter malt note.
Overall, ENTER THIS IN THE GABF! Stunning! Balanced, and a must have again!
Cheers!
