LagerCut is TeeDawn's® lager type, which is hand-brewed in southeastern Bavaria using barley malt, hops, yeast and, not least, Europe's finest and softest spring water. LagerCut is bottom-fermented, filtered and unpasteurized, which highlights, enhances and preserves the beer's many flavor nuances.
In the glass, LagerCut appears clear, light, golden and slightly effervescent with a white, dense head. In the mouth, LagerCut is experienced as fine, crisp, bitter, slightly sparkling and with a subdued aftertaste.
LagerCut is our most popular beer type because it goes well with almost any food, whether it's lunch, meat dishes, pasta, pizza, fish, soup, spicy Indian and Thai food or sushi.

Frederiksberg 6/1 2018. 33 cl bottle from Menu shared with good friend. Part of a non alcoholic/Low alcohol Tour de force. TeeDawns usual design with the weird little bird on the label.
Pours slightly hazy yellow with a small white head. Settles quickly as a very thin transparent layer of foam. Very moderate lacing.
Aroma is a little weak. Sweet malts, grains and notes of lemon.
Strong carbonation and thin watery palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by citrussy sourness. Aftertaste is a tad artificial sweetness with light sour lemon notes.
Not exactly a Fountain of aroma and flavor. But decent for a Low alcohol beer. Could use some more dimensions that artificial sweetener and light lemon.
