New AleCut is carefully hand-brewed in northern Bavaria using barley malt, hops, carefully selected yeast strains and Europe's finest and purest spring water. Our brewmasters continuously monitor the fermentation process, which takes place in open vats. New AleCut is top-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized, which highlights, enhances and preserves the beer's many flavor nuances.
In the glass, the amber-colored New AleCut is beautiful and soft, and the foam stands tall and long. In the mouth, AleCut is full-bodied, aromatic and fruity.
To achieve the optimal taste experience: Carefully turn the bottle so that the sediment can distribute throughout the bottle. New AleCut goes well with many different dishes, from fish and poultry to meat and cheese.

Frederiksberg 6/1 2018. 33 cl bottle from Meny shared with good friend. A part of a low alcohol beer bonanza. Little stylized kind of cute bird on the label.
Pours hazy amber with a medium sized white head. Settles as a thin layer of transparent foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate Lacing.
Aroma is rather fruity. Dominated by citric grapefruit with some sweetness in the background.
Medium strong carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by slightly more distinct bitter grapefruit. Overall kind of watery.
Quite ok for a low alcohol Amber Ale.
