A golden, straight, crisp, refreshing, full-bodied and alcohol-free pilsner with a capital P. The pilsner is also called the ‘Naked Beer’ because its fragility reveals every flaw in the brew. Golden Pilz has nothing to hide. Golden Pilz is the result of uncompromising raw material quality, soft and pure spring water, great vigilance and a gentle removal of the yeast before bottling.

Copenhagen 17/2 2026. 50 cl can brought home by my girlfriend (she should know better). Blue can with Teedawn's small black bird looking chirpy.
Pours clear pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stabl. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing
Aroma is medium intense with a strange stuffy odor of a turned off refrigerator mingling with pale malts and a sourish scent. Sweet pale malts, bread and sour grains.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is fairly dry.
Refreshing but I could do without the weird off-scent.
