I visited Mars Brewing a couple weeks ago while visiting the Inland Empire. They've got a very industrial (due to sharing a room with the full brewhouse) but convivial taproom; on the night I was there there appeared to be several families along with a more typical brewery crowd, and it was fun. The service was really friendly and I felt like the employees were really engaged (my assumption is that many of the "employees" were owners or family). On this particular night they had a food truck, so that's nice too.
I had the hazy IPA and the Märzen (which gets points just for it's amazing name, My Favorite Märzen), which were both decent. They had a total of 12 beers on tap, plus a couple hard seltzers. Styles included Czech pilsner, Mexican lager, blonde, saison, Märzen, juicy pale ale, WCIPA, NEIPA, cold IPA, barleywine, WC triple IPA, and a stout. Overall a nice selection!
