The former Taft's Ale House, set in a historic German church, now has a more modern atmosphere with an upscale experience. I do wish they had preserved more of the cozy, old church charm. The beers I tried were great, and although I didn’t dine, the dishes being served looked delicious. The staff was friendly and very attentive.
