A: Pours a reddish orange color. A small white head forms, and recedes with a little lace.
S: There is a phenolic spice. With orange rind and sugar.
T: Again, peppery phenols, candied sugars, orange rind and sweet.
M/O: A medium body with crisp carbonation. Too sweet to be a something I come back to often.
Not a lot to say about this. Not bad in any way, but nothing special either. Seems a little on the lighter side for a Tripel, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. Just a bit average though.
