Brown .75 litre cork and caged bottle. A crazy Caribuo is on the front orange/red label with his tongue hanging out and Christmas decorations wizzing its head.
I paid a lot of money for this beer. I thought it was Canadian, I obtained it at the Brussels Christmas Market in 2007, from a Canadian stall.
It looked good poured into three tulip shaped glasses, the last pour getting a little sediment. Deep dark brown, with a redish hint and clear too.
Sadly the beer went down hill from here on in!
There was no aroma, not even a nasty one, nothing at all, be the beer cold, warm or indifferent.
There was no taste, not even a nasty one, nothing at all, be the beer cold, warm or indifferent.
The mouthfeel, well do I need to go on? I thought not.
What a waste of my hard earned money, bloody French!
