A smooth, malty BW that doesn't over-do the hops like many brewers seem to be doing with their BWs lately.

Poured from a growler into a tulip glass. From The Beer Growler.
A - Dark brown/ruby with orange highlights. One finger head that moves to a half finger lace.
S - hazlenut, plum/fig, faint booze.
T - Picking up hints of nut, oranges, grains, chocolate, and malts. Low on the bitterness. The booze factor is almost non-exsistent.
M - Carbonation is moderately low, there is some stickiness as it warms, but its not overly heavy.
O - Seems like a dense brown ale verses a barleywine, especially American style. Tasty nonetheless.

Big caramel/toffee. Rich. Great feel. Not overly bitter.
