Look: It pours golden with a white head. Head retention is moderate.
Smell: It has lemon and spicy aromas. There are two types of lemon, lemon the fruit and lemongrass. The spiciness is a bit like coriander and pepper.
Taste: The flavors are much like the aromas with lemon, lemongrass, coriander, and pepper. There is a very low bready background flavor.
Feel: It has a moderately light body.
Overall, the lemon and spice flavors overwhelm the kolsch parts.

Recent Nodable series release. Had this on tap at the brewery. Pours a light golden color and very clear body, but had a very nice mouthfeel. Aroma had wonderful sweet lemon zest and cookie notes, and the taste followed. Finish was light and crisp. Although this was a limited release, I would certainly have this one again if available.
