Our take on a classic Berliner, brewed with spelt and fermented on a mixed culture of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus, giving it some barnyard funk with tropical, fruity tartness.

Pale straw color. Mildly opaque. Moderate carbonation. Nose isn't much of anything. Taste is decent. Starts off good, then has a strange mid-swallow flavor, but ends with your standard Berliner backbone (which I love). Overall, fair.
