16 oz can , canned 1/21/21, poured into a tulip glass, a pale clear gold with orange highlights. A half finger head moved quickly to just a thin ring of lace. Peppery, yeast aroma. Bread. Flavor is earthy bread, mild pepper and maybe some grape/white wine touches. Carbonation is medium. Feel is somewhat light, but solid. This was much better this time around versus an early 2020 batch. If you like the style, this is worth trying.

Drinking this on NYE afternoon at my favorite Greenville NC tap house, Tapped.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks golden yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap, and some nice lacing.
Smells lightly bready, floral and lemony.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium light for the style.
Overall a nice Kolsch that I might order again.

Look: It pours golden and clear with a white head. It has moderate head retention.
Smell: It has grainy sweet malt aromas with a low level of honey in the background. There is a very low fruitiness in the background.
Taste: It has grainy sweetness with a white wine like presence. There is also a bit of honey with spicy hops.
Feel: It has a medium light feel with medium heavy carbonation. It has a smooth and crisp finish.
Overall, a bit more fruitless that I would expect out of a traditional kolsch, but the combination works well with the other elements.
