Tastes absolutely terrible. This brewery used to be good, but no more. Don't think I'll have anything else from them.

On tap in a 20 ounce mug.
Black coffee color with a dark tan head, 1f. Nice retention and lacing.
It smells like strong breakfast coffee. Rich roasted malt and creamy sweetness.
Strong roasted malt coffee flavor. Black coffee bitterness. A touch of sweets.
Cup of coffee feel. Bitter up front, creamy sweetness lasts in the finish.
Coffee strong yet it’s still a beer. Drinkable abv.

Look: It pours very dark brown with a brown head. Head retention is medium.
Smell: Strong, rich coffee aroma up front. There are some slight burnt coffee grounds with some roasted grains.
Taste: Rich strong coffee flavors with a slight burnt coffee ground taste. There is a low earthly flavor with a slight sweetness in the finish that is noticeable with the high bitterness.
Feel: It has a medium body.
Overall, the coffee dominates up front, in the middle, and in the finish making it a bit one dimensional.

Garnet-hued black with an overly-massive dark-tan head. Decent retention and clumpy lacing.
Light coffee and peanuts in the nose.
The taste is very mild roasted malts — like an easy-drinking brown. Whatever coffee is in there is very distant. Maybe a hint of peanut and Vanilla Coke sweetness, too.
On the light side of medium bodied, smooth, with moderate carbonation.
Super drinkable.

16 oz can poured into a tulip glass after having an omelet for dinner. Pitch black, half finger head. Heavy bitter coffee/cold brew, chocolate, cocoa in lesser amounts. Taste is right in line. Let it warm. Mouthfeel is creamy and somewhat light. Overall, I can see this being a breakfast balancer, especially if you enjoy coffee.

Black color. 1-finger brown-gray head. Strikes a great balance between bitter coffee and sweet honey. Strong malts and notes of chocolate. Smooth, creamy, and full-bodied.
