"I could drink this beer all night" Some of us liked it more than others, but it's pretty - reddish amber and clear, full bodied and very hoppy. A little bitter at the end to me.

Amber ales. Craft beer dejour in the late 90’s early aughts. This one is pretty good, out of a fresh 16 oz can, pours a Killians red with brown highlights and a finger of white head. Aroma is bready, while the taste is sweet malt balanced with dry biscuit and perhaps some cascade hops? Mouthfeel is good, medium amount of carbonation. Overall a good reason to revisit the style.
