Tap at Noda
Pours a deep clear brown with a white lacing for a head.
Biscuit malt aroma with a light hint of hops.
Dry hops and biscuit malt flavors with a hint of cinnamon.
Full body with a stinging carbonation on the roof of the mouth.
Decent warmer, good flavor, a little bland but easy enough to drink.

Appearance: brownish mahogany color. A small tan head that fades away to nothing. A bit on the hazy side
Smell: gingerbread cookies and cinnamon
Taste: the closest taste to gingerbread cookies I have tasted in a beer. Closes off with a strong kick of cinnamon. Lacks much malt flavor though
Mouthfeel: light and cold contrary to the style
Overall: a good tasting beer but it's cold outside! Ramp it up to 8% and let thse malts and warming alcohol shine

on-tap at the brewery
appearance: served in a branded shaker pint - caramel-mahogany body, light beige filmt
smell: gingerbread house, lots of spice - ginger, clove, corriander, orange peel
taste: nice holiday seasonal - was surprised to see it only clock in at 4.5% - if i had known, I would have shipped Ding a growler int the interest of holiday giving. Loads of spice - cinnamon, ginger, corriander, clove, gingerbread, orange peel, light caramel malt
mouthfeel: light, but rich
overall: nice seasonal, heavy handed on the spice
