Appearance: Hazy amber, minimal head
Smell: a nice mixture of tart and caramel with light grain and fruit, apple.
Taste: Wonderfully lemony tart green apple balanced with rich malt flavors and light caramel and a moderate hop accent.
Mouthfeel: medium light body, refreshing.
Overall: A refreshing sour ale built on a pale ale base with a very nice effect. This is moderately tart - not mouth puckering. More of a Lactobacillus character than Brettanomyces.
