Opened with a loud whoosh, pours an effervescent scarlet tinged mahogany with 2 fingers of tan head. Head reacts like infection might be present. Great lacing & head retention , only positive aspect of this
S: Hints of infection, pine
T: Pineyness in spades, astringnency & a little raisin & carob up front. Resiny pine, verging on pinesol, hints of infection as this warms. Finsihes with astrengincey & a little dryness
MF: Medium body, fairly firm carbonation , carbonation picks up once warm, not pleasing
Slow drinker, another mediocre beer from these guys, I believe I am done with them...
