On tap at Highland Park Brewery in Los Angeles, CA.
Described as a hoppy Belgian single.
Pours a clear light yellow with a foamy white head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, citrus fruit, and yeast aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest, earth, and Belgian yeast flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop and yeast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a nice, subtle use of Belgian yeast that doesn't overpower the hops in this one.
