On tap at Highland Park Brewery in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a hazy yellow with a foamy white head that settles to a film on top of the beer. A foamy curtain of lace coats the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, and citrus zest aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus fruit, citrus zest, and earth flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer with an extra dose of Mosaic hopping that adds to the already tasty flavor.
