Pours hazy golden orange from bottle with quickly fading white head. Aroma of earth and citrus. Taste is a delicious blend of sour with citrus (lemon/orange). Easily drinkable and quite good!

Tasty wheat sour. the herbs and weeds give it an outdoorsy aroma, balanced with a pleasant lacto twang and some "citrus" (navel oranges is my guess), this one is quite drinkable.

On tap at Highland Park Brewery in Los Angeles, CA.

Pours a hazy orange with a foamy bone head that fades to nothing. No lacing on the drink down. Smell is of grain, earth, lemongrass, citrus fruit, and citrus juice aromas. Taste is much the same with slightly sour lemongrass, citrus fruit, and citrus juice flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and dry mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer with fantastic lemongrass and citrus flavors that make this one super refreshing.

Serving type: on tap.
