Fantastic and unique. Each batch varies a little, and you're going to have to be down with Cilantro, but as with the very best adjunct beers the additions make themselves known but feel like they're participants in a wholly realized concept. Bright, fresh, herbaceous, with a pleasant kick. Bob brews outstanding IPAs of all stripes, Hello, LA being among my favorites, but I would say unhesitatingly that I prefer this version and seek it out every time its on draft.

A: Citrusy fruit hops, coupled with moderate cilantro and light chile pepper aroma.
A: Orange color, pretty hazy with a moderate white head that slowly recedes to a thin film.
T: Crisp, citrusy hops upfront, slightly sweet malt, followed by moderate cilantro and chile pepper flavors. There is a mild hop bitterness and gentle Chile heat on the finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Excellent; this beer combines citrus, cilantro and chile pepper aroma and flavors for a refreshing and tasty beer.

On tap at Highland Park Brewery in Los Angeles, CA.
Described as being brewed with ancho chiles and cilantro.
Pours a hazy orange-brown with a foamy tan head that fades to nothing. No lacing on the drink down. Smell is of citrus fruit, citrus zest, chile, and cilantro aromas. Taste is much the same with chile, cilantro, and citrus fruit flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness and chile heat on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with an awesome mix of chile, cilantro, and citrus aromas and tasty flavors.
Serving type: on tap.
