This rustic saison was brewed with our good friends over at Monkish. Pushin’ Carts fermented fully in large French oak barrels. In addition to our house cultures it incorporates a stronger presence from lactobacillus, which contributes bright lemon and pineapple characteristics to compliment the oak and brett earthiness. Funky, lean, and tart.

Hazy yellow.
Tart fruit, little funk.
Between a sour and a saison. No spice like the latter, very citric but not a puckering/astringent sour. Closer to melon, as mentioned before. Far from boring despite being between styles.
Particularly sharp finish is appropriate.

Beautiful hazy lemon meringue hue with frothy carbonation to match. Big melon notes - cantaloupe - with a smooth, medium to light body. Endlessly crushable. Not a deep finish or a ton of farmhouse funk, but not everything needs to put you in the barnyard. Patio saisons!

K. I guess I'll go first. Poured from bottle it comes across similarly to "All The Yeast". Gold in color with a one-finger white head. Bright, a little earthy, a little citrusy. Mild tart/sourness. Crisp. Very nicely balanced and easy to drink.
