On draft at the brewery. Described as a rustic wheat beer, this pale, clear beer smells of grain and lemon. Saison yeast is prominent in the flavor, with a peppery, herbal essence. The malt presence is hearty - similar to Tahoe Provisions rustic saison and is rounded by a tart lemon-citrus flavor. The slightly tart and light mouthfeel makes this is a refreshing beer.
