Well, Well is a hazy IPA developed by our brewer Eric Mendoza. Big fruit drives the beer with aromas of papaya, orange juice, and melons. We used Simpsons Golden Promise, Rahr white wheat, and Weyermann’s Carafoam to import a fuller palate. Galaxy hops provide nice melon and tropical notes, where the El Dorado hops give a brighter, punchier citrus quality to the beer. Enjoy!
